I spent some time browsing Etsy the other day and was struck by the availability of baby bonnets on the site. Bonnets aren't very fashionable at the moment, there are a lot of babies around and I've never seen one wearing a fetching bonnet on his or her head. This might be because they're so difficult to come across or it might be that people don't want to engage with the fussy extra action of tying the strings to keep the item on the baby's head. Eternal Creation

Eternal Creation operates out of a design and production workshop in the Indian Himalayas and employs more than 70 staff members from the local area. It was founded by Frances Carrington who was sent to the region to train Tibetan refugees to make clothes and the garments the company produces are vibrant, bright and interesting.

I have noticed that I would regard the cut of quite a lot of the clothes that are being featured as quite feminine. I need to think further about whether that is something that is self-evident to anyone from the same region as me or if I am applying that value to these clothes.
